We cannot pick up incoming calls on our grandstream phones

We cannot pick up incoming calls on our grandstream phones

Customers are calling, when we pick up using the GXP2100 handsets the call keeps ringing and wont pick up, go to the next phone same problem. The groundwire sip phones seem to accept calls with no issues.

We have 4x GXP2100 handsets, each of them have 3 sip accounts set up. We had the phantom calls from ext 200 2000 20000 so we changed the port to 5061 account 1 5062 account 2 5063 account 3 and this fixed the problem for a short period and now its back again. calling a different phone.

All of this started when we changed the ports, I changed them back no results.

I have invested alot of time into this system with minimal support, this is getting old and I am ready to buy another PBX because you folks are killing my call flow and that is killing my business.

Great product when it works, wish there were a real support team here.
