Hi, my number has been in Awaiting Carrier status in the Ports for a month now. Do I need to do anything?

We appologize for the delay. There was an address mismatch on the phone number that was causing the current carrier to reject the port. The issue has been resolved and carrier has accepted the port, the port will finalize Dec 5 at 9:00am and be available in your RingRoost account at that time.
