I followed the steps in the video to register my SIP phone. I followed the instructions given in the manual for my Grandstream DP715 VoIP phone. But, still I only get a busy signal no matter what number I dial.

Its been over 2 months and I have not heard back from you on this same issue.

Not only can I not dial out, my handset doesn't ring when I receive a call. Oddly enough, I am charged for the calls I attempt to dial out $.02 per call even though the phone never connects me to the number I am dialing. I have dialed multiple numbers and I am not able to connect with any of them.
