Can you please tell me why Im getting this error message. I think it might be on your end, everytime I try and dial my number your system deducts from my available funds. But I am not sure of the reason. Please help!

I also get a 404 error message sometimes. Can you also till me why when I call my number (520-276-7600) from my cell phone, it doesn't ring but instead my phone is disconnected followed by hangup. I still get charged for a call, what is the reason for that?

Sent you messages on the 12th and 13th, basicly just wanting to know if I have all information that I need from your side to register my phone with your system. I have not had any response from you! I'm using a cisco spa 501g phone, so is there anything problem that I might need to know of for this particular phone and your server? Pleasr respond.

Looks like your phone is not registering correctly. Is there a good time you will in front of your computer/phone so we can give you a call and try to resolve the issue.
