Incoming not working

Incoming not working

The incoming of my UK number is not working . When there is a incoming call on my number , the phone doesnt ring and money is deducted from my account . Pls solve the problem

Hi Rohit,

Looks like your Grandstream phone is not registering correctly. Is there a good time you will in front of your computer/phone so we can give you a call and try to resolve the issue.

Hi RingRoost Support Team ,

As per your last email .Can you please let me know the correct process of registering grandstream 1400 phone with ringroost. As of now I can see on my grandstream 1400 phone , ringroost account is registered but there is no incoming.

Settings that I had done in Ringroost :-

1. Sip phone properties:- Nat is Yes ; Direct Media is No ; Codec is Ulaw

Settings in Grandstream 1400 phone:-

1. Network Settings:- Nat Traversal is STUN

2. Local sip port is :-49260

3. Audio settings->Preferred Vocoder Choice 1 :-PCMU



Above I have given outline of settings in my case , can you please suggest any further changes so as to solve this problem of "NO Incoming"

Hi Rohit,

Make pcmu your only codec on the phone (some networks will force the lowest bandwidth codec). Set NAT traversal to "Keep Alive" , then reboot.

Hi RingRoost Support Team ,

This is to bring to your kind notice that as per your instructions given below , I did changes in configration of grandstream phone but still there is "No Incoming". On the contrary your system is debiting my money for incoming calls and that you can see in my log register. This is so pathetic and unprofessional .Your system as of now is not working in my case and I am extremely dissatisfied with it.

In the above scenario I do not want to take your services and will request you to kindly refund the $ balance back into my paypal account.

I look forward hearing from your side by today about the process of refund of my balance money.
