Incoming not working
Hi RingRoost Support Team ,
As per your last email .Can you please let me know the correct process of registering grandstream 1400 phone with ringroost. As of now I can see on my grandstream 1400 phone , ringroost account is registered but there is no incoming.
Settings that I had done in Ringroost :-
1. Sip phone properties:- Nat is Yes ; Direct Media is No ; Codec is Ulaw
Settings in Grandstream 1400 phone:-
1. Network Settings:- Nat Traversal is STUN
2. Local sip port is :-49260
3. Audio settings->Preferred Vocoder Choice 1 :-PCMU
Above I have given outline of settings in my case , can you please suggest any further changes so as to solve this problem of "NO Incoming"
