You can do that on your PBX or we can do it for you if you like?

Hello,

Can I setup a hard call forward? If yes, how do I do this? Is there a video I should watch? None of them say how to setup call forwarding.

If you setup, I will need to know when. ie Thursday Jan 7, at 3pm et (12pm pt)

You can simply connect the call to the dial control, which will forward the call to the number you want dial.
