Port is blocked

I seem to be blocked from seeing port 5060 on ringroost.com. I just tested it on an ip port checking tool.

Thank you!
Justin

Hi Justin,

We just launched new security feature that may be affecting your calls.

You may need to whitelist your networks IP address. Go to:http://www.whatsmyip.org/

Then under Account Settings-> Whitelist IP Address -> Add the IP address to your whitelist.

Our firewall settings will update in 5 minutes and your phones should be able to make/receive calls fine.

Let us know if you have any issues.

Hi Justin,

I whitelisted that IP. You can also do this yourself under -> "Account Settings"-> "Whitelist IP Address".

Reboot phones and see if its working as expected now?

Thanks,
