Two issues: Capture Digits and Dial

Capture Digits:

Is there a way for the caller to hear a number repeated back by individual number rather than the full number.

For example I have a menu option for the caller to enter their cell number.

When I have the system repeat the number back to the caller te system

repeats it back as a whole number rather than digit by digit.

Dial:

I am trying to give the caller the option to go back to our main menu

which resides on a PBX. I set the option to dial our main number which is

a DID. However when i test it nothing happens.

I am unable to reproduce the dial issue. This may have been temporary issue, as we recently updated our firewall settings.

Hi Robert,

We just pushed a feature that should help you here.

When you enter the variable that you want to be read back on the "Menu Control" add "|split_digits" to the end of it and it should work how you want.

instead of : {conf_access} use {conf_access|split_digits}

- Let us know if this does not work for you, or you are still having issues?
