Hi PC Chen,
We don't officially support Cisco phones, however as long as the phone supports SIP - it should work fine. The registration process will be similiar to the Grandstream phone:
https://www.ringroost.com/device-config/ip-phones/gxp2160
Cisco SPS504G
Reset to factory default then
Under "General" be sure to set "Line Enabled" to true.
In the "Proxy Registration" section set proxy to "ringroost.com". Also, ensure that use DNS registration is set to "Yes".
In the Subscriber information section:
Display Name: SIP Username (found on your "SIP Phone Control" on your RingRoost PBX)
User ID: SIP User (found on your "SIP Phone Control" on your RingRoost PBX)
Auth ID: SIP User (found on your "SIP Phone Control" on your RingRoost PBX)
Password: SIP Pass (found on your "SIP Phone Control" on your RingRoost PBX)
- Let us know if you are still unable to register and we will setup time for remote desktop support.
Thanks,
RingRoost Support Team
