Whenever someone attempts to leave a voicemail, they are cut off and hung up on. 9 our of 10 messages I receive are cut off completely. Is there a setting I need to adjust somewhere? Please adivse

We are looking into this issue, but having trouble reproducing. Is there a certain time that it cuts off? Also, is it a specific VM box, it looks like you have a few different ones setup?

Thanks for the quick reply. I blew everyhthing away and started over and the problem seems to have dissapeared. Now when I call my number, a female voice says "undefined" as soon as the PBX picks up then my recording starts. Any idea what that would be?
