Reports of garbled menu greeting

Hello,



I just finished setting up my PBX system. I am receiving reports that the robot text to speech sounds garbled. Is there any reason this would be happening. Is it an issue with my PBX setup, is it an issue on Ring Roost's side? I have attached an image of my setup for your review to help me spot any errors.

Hi Christopher,

You setup looks fine. Are you still receiving reports of garbled sound? We were unable to reproduce this issue.

If so can you provide the phone number/carrier phone that called and noticed the garbled sound.
