I cannot make or receive calls

I cannot make or receive any calls. I dial a number the call goes in but I get no sound.

the problem I have is with the following number 1800-778-0116. I call it and it seems to connect but I hear no ring, only silence

Hi Hector,

Sorry about the trouble you're having. Are you by chance calling your toll-free line from another toll-free line? That will create issues when testing your line. Have you tried testing it with another phone?
