I cannot see my call logs nor can I connect to any phones
Hi, I ran into an issue to where both my sip phone and my softphone ran into error (request timeout (408)). What does this mean? Also, do I need to have a minimum amount of money in my rr account for the phone systems to work? Because as of now my account states I still have $1.14 in it. Please advise as I would like to know for future reference.
