Hi, I ran into an issue to where both my sip phone and my softphone ran into error (request timeout (408)). What does this mean? Also, do I need to have a minimum amount of money in my rr account for the phone systems to work? Because as of now my account states I still have $1.14 in it. Please advise as I would like to know for future reference.

I have issues with my 619 numbers. I set it up on my softphone it registered but I cannot get incoming calls. It send the calls directly to my voicemail. I attempted it also by deleting my vm and leaving only the sip phone on and when I call the number it just disconnects the calls automatically. Why does this happen?

the call log issue and the connection issue was fixed already. Now just having problems with receiving incoming calls to my 619 number

See if you are able to receive calls now. We added some security features that may have incidentally blocked your IP address.

Awesome yes it works now. I at times use a VPN will this cause any issues with my phone system? Also I am having issues with the click to call button it doesn't appear on my website when I introduce the HTML code. Another thing, What is the "fork" function?
