On entering extension of SIP call drops

On entering extension of SIP call drops

I have setup my pbx with menu, I have 4 sip extensions. When I call the number i hear the message and as soon as I enter one of the 4 extension the call drops. I registered sip with extension 2101 and tried calling but still the call drops when dialling the extension.

Even just dialling the extension drops the call, please let me know what do I need to do to get this fixed.

Hi Alpesh,

It looks like your devices are not registering correctly, so the call is droping when you dial the extension. If you are using Zoiper see this tutorial: https://www.ringroost.com/blog/registering-a-zoiper-softphone-with-ringroost/

If you are still unable to get devices to register, let us know a time (mon-fri/9-5) that we can schedule remote session to help you get setup.
