Hello I am trying to set up my PBX when you have more then one capture vm how do you change the voicemail box number ? when it plays does not matter if i press 1 or 2 it plays the same menu?? I am a new custumer and I was told that seting this up was easy. but I am having probles with this. and one more thing is some one that calls in are ther able to leave email by using the send email icon??

You need to add another Voicemail box under the "Voicemail" tab within your RingRoost account.
