Ok I found a way to set up more voice mail mail boxes and it's still playing the same msg for both 1 aned 2 why ? can you only have one voice mail box per number??

You can have as many VM boxes as you want. If you are using the SIP Phone control, simply dial *00 from the phone and you can record a voicemail greeting. Also, note that you can have mutiple voicemail greeting for one voicemail box. Full documentation is here : https://www.ringroost.com/user-manual.php
