Hi Hector,

We debit accounts daily for phone numbers rather than once per month. See full answer here: https://www.ringroost.com/faq.php?cat=11&q=643

Thanks,

Ok I understand what you are saying, However, I cancelled two of the three numbers I had with you guys. Now I am being charged $0.11 cents per day. If my number (1800-778-0116) is $1.80 per month and its devided by 30 days that means I should be getting charged $0.06 cents per day not 11 cents. At this rate I am paying $3.30 per month thats more than 50% more than what it states on your website.

How can we resolve this issue?

Hi Hector,

The additional $1.50 difference is the e911 enabled service on the phone number. Depending on how your are using the phone number you may be able to disable that service. If you are simply fowarding the number to your cell based on a time filter (which is what it looks like) - you can probably disable e911 (click the green button next to the number).

E911 is a requirement for phones that can dial PSTN.
