I would like to be able to allow a caller to leave a voice message, and then pass the call on to a number capture after they've left their message. Is that possible? I've tried it but the call just terminates after the voicemail box detects that the caller has stopped speaking.

If I'm understanding you right, this isn't something you can do right now. What exactly are you trying to capture after the voicemail has been left? Is it information you can gather before the voicemail? I'd love to get some insight into what you'd like to do here.

Six month response time?

I have items in my Support Ticket que about the same age, no responses to them, either.

Ironically one of them was asking what kind of support I might receive with porting numbers to RingRoost.

This is a fun toy, but there's no way I can recommend this to my business clients. If I'm having a problem I need to reach someone right away.
