softphones can make calls but cannot receive.

softphones can make calls but cannot receive.

It started yesterday, i have been trying everything. even bought a new number. I am 100% convinced it is not user error now that i have tested 2 different platforms on 2 different devices and 2 different numbers, same problem outgoing no problem incomming not happening, doesnt even go to voicemail.

Please advise. Hopefully is just system maintenance and will be back up and running soon??

<span style="font-weight: 400;">This was an issue with the forking the call on our end, sorry for the inconvenience. We recently launched some security measure that incidentally affected that area. Try again now, and let us know if you have any issues.</span>

Hey, thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately the problem persists. Outgoing is working just fine but incoming does not.

What best describes it:

Dial, send, no ringing, just the disconnect beep.



Another strange occurrence, i all unable to delete a dashboard.

P.s. i will remain patient while the situation is resolved, but i would kindly request a 4$ credit to cover troubleshooting the system from my end.
