getting phone numbers

I'm sorry for the trouble you're experiencing. If you tell us what specific issues you're having setting up your PBX I'm more than happy to help walk you through the process.
It sounds like the first step you're having trouble with is buying your phone numbers. To do that you'll need to add funds to your account. Once you read and sign the Service Agreement we can verify your account so you can do that and start moving forward. Just let me know as soon as you're ready to get going and I'll do everything I can to expedite the process for you.
