We can't make any calls for two days. We can hear dial tone, but nothing happening after we input the number... At the same time, we can still receive calls from our customers. Please help ASAP!

We are also experiencing this problem. Outbound calls give a busy signal but inbound calls work fine.

We apologize for this issue, you should now be able to make/receive calls. Some of our customer accounts were experiencing an increased amount of fraudulent outbound calls, and our system temporarily suspended these accounts until we could manually review.
