Cannot receive calls behind NAT

I see instructions listed here: Login to your RingRoost account- > go to your PBX -> right click your "SIP Phone" control -> settings -> set NAT to yes -> save the settings -> then save the PBX. Restart your phone and try making another call.

The issue is I'm unable to locate/follow these instructions. My PBX does not coincide with this instruction. How do I change this setting to NAT yes?

Hi Preston,

We have updated our system to auto fix NAT, so you should not have to do set that yourself. It is likely another issue, are you able to register your device ok then don't hear sound or are you unable to register your device?
