Number not answering
Hi Craig,
Thanks for mentioning this. We tested the number and got the message stating the number hasn't been set up on RingRoost yet. This basically means that even though you have the number, it hasn't yet been applied to your PBX anywhere. Once you put it on your PBX and set it up you should no longer hear any error or dropped calls.
