Number not answering

My 888 number ending in 8195 is not answering. It rings then goes to a busy signal. Thanks.

Hi Craig,

Thanks for mentioning this. We tested the number and got the message stating the number hasn't been set up on RingRoost yet. This basically means that even though you have the number, it hasn't yet been applied to your PBX anywhere. Once you put it on your PBX and set it up you should no longer hear any error or dropped calls.

My 888 number ending in 6722 is not answering either. Same thing: It rings and then turns to a busy signal. Thanks.

We tested them and they both seem to be working. Both numbers go straight to their respective recordings. Are you still getting a busy signal when you test them?

When I call they both ring and then go busy. My other toll free number works fine.

Very weird. I called from a landline and it worked. I called from two different cell numbers and it rings and then goes busy.

The 888 number ending in 5006 works from cell phones. I would ditch the other numbers, but I printed them on stationary. ;( If I have to I will. Let me know. Thanks.

We tested them cell phones. Are you testing with cell numbers that are connected to your PBX?

Thanks. One other thing is now occurring. There is a 10 second delay after the call connects and the menu control recording starts. This just started happening in the last couple of days. I have a text control following the answer call control. Even so, it was not delaying until the recently. Sorry to have to keep bringing up issues. Thanks for all your help!!
