We're down. Ringroost is not working.

We're down. Ringroost is not working.

We can't call into or out of our phone PBX's.

I've tried calling between extensions, outbound, inbound....to all of the numbers we use through Ringroost.

Everything was working fine yesterday. Our internet is up and solid.

This is definitely on the hosting end of things.

Need your help ASAP.

When we call into any of the numbers from outside, we get a busy signal.

We're down too, but for this exact reason I've set up our phones with a seperate service provider, Callcentric. I have our main office number with Callcentric and route all the incoming calls to the ringroost PBX. If the PBX is down, which it seems to be periodically. I still get incoming call rings on the Callcentric line on our phones, and can make outgoing calls on that same line. I just don't have the abilty to transfer calls and other fancy stuff like IVR, etc.

You kind of get what you pay for. I'd get a backup plan if I were you.

Yeah at this point we're considering other options.

It sucks because we've put a lot of time into setting up our virtual pbx.

The support was okay at first ~1 year ago, but now it's non-existent.

Disappointed....

We were experience some intermittent outages today. The issue should be resolved now and we are monitoring to ensure it does not occur again.

We're still getting a busy signal ~50% of the time when trying to call inbound to our PBX.



Any ideas??
