My PBX is not handling calls from my cell phone, but handles them fine from other phones?

This will occur if you are using the "Mobile Phone Control / App" with your cell phone number. Because of the way our system is setup you will not (easily) be able to test/call your PBX with your cell phone after you setup the "Mobile Phone Control".

In order to test your PBX from your mobile number:

1 . Temporarily change the mobile # on your "Mobile Phone Control" to any other number, then save your PBX

2. You can now test your PBX from your cell phone.

3. Be sure to change your mobile # back to your cell number and save your PBX .
