To port a number to RingRoost you will need to email the below information to
support@ringroost.com.
1. Dowload & complete the
porting request authorization form.
2. Provide a recent copy (or screenshot) of an invoice from your current service provider. The current service provider invoice should contain the customer: name, address, account number and phone numbers being ported.
Note:For USA/Canada phone numbers there is a $15 porting fee per number, this porting process usually takes 4-6 weeks, but may be longer.
